Postgraduate study - DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY

The Institute if Social Sciences of SAS is accredited institution for providing a postgraduate study in cooperation with the Faculty of Social Sciences UMB in Banská Bystrica. ISS SAS is providing postgraduate study in daily and external from in the area of Slovak history.

The duration of daily form of postgraduate study is three years (with maximal length of external program up to five years). The postgraduate student is entitled to stipend. The more information about availability of financial support offered to students attending the daily form of study are published in document named. Principles of SAS in regard to availability of financial support to postgraduate students from central sources in year 2010 available on internet (in the lower part of page).

THE CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION TO POSTGRADUATE STUDY

The main goal of admission procedures is to formulate a frame project of postgraduate work (the structure of a frame project is placed in the lower part of page). The candidate of postgraduate study can consult the project proposal with teacher either via e-mail or personally.
